Show DAVIS OCTOBER REFLEX-JOURNA- 2, 1985 obituary Tebbs children Golden M. Adams Golden Marion Adams, 89, of Ogden, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 1985 in an Ogden nursing home of causes incident to age. Navy Seaman Recruit Charles Stuart, son of Charles W. and Wanda L. Stuart of 279 E. 800 S., Layton, has completed recruit W. HE WAS born March 10, 1896, in Layton, a son of Marion Fifth and Louisa Hill Adams. He married La Verde Evans June 16, 1920, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Feb. 14, 1951. He married Athleen Revor on May 23, 1952. The marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple. MAX BISHOP M. Bishop KASSIDY TEBBS Bishop Don Dial of the Clearfield 3rd Ward officiated at funeral services on Sept. 23 for Kerissa R. Tebbs, 5 years old, and Kassidy A. Tebbs. old, daughters of Russell Clark and Kathy Diane Walters Tebbs of 301 N. Main No. 116, Layton, who died Thursday, Sept. 19, 1985 at their home of injuries sustained in a fire. KERISSA was born July 28, 1980 at Hill Air Force Base. She was in kindergarten at Layton Elementary School. KASSIDY was born Jan 1, 1985 in Layton. Surviving are their parents of Layton. ALSO surviving are grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Stanley A. Tebbs, Layton; Boyd C. Walters, Sunset; two Nevada Price, Provo; Sally Tebbs, Kaysville; God grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jose Greigo, South Weber and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hillan, Hooper. Randolph, son of Michael F. and Sharon L. Collett of 650 E. Center St., Kaysville. has completed recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot. San Diego. DURING THE training cycle, Randolph was taught the basics of battlefield survival. He was introduced to the typical daily routine that he will experience during his enlistment and studied the personal and professional standards traditionally exhibited by Marines. He participated in an active physical conditioning program and gained proficiency in a variety of military skills, including first aid, rifle marksmanship and close order drill. Teamwork and were emphasized throughout the training cycle. A 1985 graduate of Davis High School, he joined the Marine Corps in November. 1984. The Bay View Club held a meeting Sept. 25 at the home of Kathryn Welling. The program was given by Emily Barnes. Martha Thompson, a great niece of Mrs. Barnes, performed on the violin. Martha is a second place winner in this years Utah State Fair competition. The Weinel Camp of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers held a meeting early in September at Lola Richardson's home. The lesson was given by Barbara Thomassen.
