He plans to continue his schooling at Weber State College in the spring. MISS WHICKER is a graduate of Davis High School, has attended Dixie College, and works for an Ogden publishing firm. The couple 5 Mr, and Mrs. Dan Butler flew home for Dans fathers funeral this past week. Dan is an engineer for General Motors in Detroit, Mich. Many relatives and friends from out of town were here to pay their respects to Lucille and her family. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Packer and Mr. and Mrs. Reed Stanton came home from a vacation in Mesa, Ariz. to attend Frank Butlers fun- (o wed er freshments. Its great to know that former residents of Kaysville are getting the Weekly Reflex and really appreciate the tie to home that the paper offers. This correspondent lecently heard from two who express those feelings. They are Brad Weaver, son of Carol Weaver, from San Jose, Calif. Brad is a high tech recruiter for Whelan and Associates. He recently bought a new condo and is enjoying his work. The group then went to the new Fruit Heights Stake Center to join other stake members and South Stake members for a Sweetheart Ball. The ball was the first major event held in the new stake center and was under the direction of Rich Harvey, high councilman over the stake activities committee. Mr. and Mrs. DeWayne Thorne attended a basketball game between North Davis Jr. and Sunset Jr. North Davis won under the direction of their son, Lynn, who is the coach. The Orchid Club met at the home of Joyce Winters with Janne Webster and Virginia Wilson. The club enjoyed learning from Charlotte Sheffield Maxfield, a lecturer with BYU education week, and a member of the Salt Lake Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Mrs. Maxfield is from Hollauay. She spoke and sang three numbers. She was accompanied by club member Janne Webster.
