While thinking, I realized that one name stands out in my mind, belonging to a man who stands head and shoulders above most of them. Often Ive wished for an adequate way of expressing my gratitude to him for service rendered above and beyond the call of duty. Ive never figured out how to do it, and hope that in some way, this open letter will suffice.
