Show Page APRIL 30, 1986 Barton addresses The Kiwanis Club of Layton meeting at Kikis Restaurant recently heard Bruce Barton, Layton City Manager, speak regarding developments in city and county projects. MR. BARTO.N explained that Layton, Bountiful and Clearfield had opposed the development of the burn plant at this time. However, the other towns and cities in the county have supported the project and it h;is been bonded and is ready to go forward. If the project appears to be economically feasi- ble and technically efficient, Layton will undoubtedly opt tojoin the project later on. proposal to establish a Layton City library is still under The study by the city council. Recital set for May 5th year-roun- d, pro- and basic first aid class for both boys and girls. TO REGISTER for the babysitting class you must be 12 years and older or in 6th grade.
