Timothy, a lifelong resident of Kaysville is seeking the position as Kaysville City Councilman on the Plans Emphasis On Health Care Study ByROSELYNKIRK Now that the first stage of the paramedic program has been implemented, the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Council will place prime emphasis on public education in emergency health care matters. DR. JAN Freeman, chairman of the EMS council, told the council that they must provide leadership in the county to improve emergency health care in the community.
