The total tax hereby levied and assessed upon the lots, lands and real property fronting, abutting or adjacent to said improvements is $39,478.28 which represents 1920.25 lineal feet of frontage abutting property, together includes a cost of living salary increase for all elected officials which is comparable to salary increases granted to other county employees. The proposed budget includes revenues and expenditures from all sources including General Revenue Sharing. Said tax shall be payable in ten equal annual installments as provided by law and ordinance, with interest on the whole sum unpaid at the rate of 10 per annum from the effective date of this ordinance payable at the time each such installment is due. In the event any installment or the interest aforesaid is not paid on the day the same comes due, the whole amount of the special tax unpaid at the time said installment and interest are due shall become due and payable and shall draw interest at the rate of ten percent (10) per annum award has been given to the top student athlete during the annual spring school awards assembly climaxing a year of school activities. The student is selected by 60 per cent scholastic and 40 per cent athletic ability. The 1976 winner was Dean Hunger.
