Joseph Louis Kurill, 52, of m Sunset died Sat, Feb. 5 at his home of a 1684 N. 350 W. gun shot wound. HE WAS bom March 8. 1924 m Whitney, Penn., a son of Joseph and Catherine Stahovic Kurill. He married Cecila Fagnant on Jan. 4, 1951 in Evanston, Wyo. He retired as a master sergeant after 21 years with the Air Force and was an inspector at Hill Air Force Base at the time of his death. He was a member of the Sunset LDS 2nd Ward and had lived in Sunset for the past 13 years SURVIVING are his widow The Layton Community of Sunset; one son and three daughters, David Louis Kurill of Layton; Deborah Kurill, Diann Kurill and Darline Kurill, all of Sunset; one grandchild; his mother of Latrobe, Penn , two sisters, Theresa Mattock of Latrobe, Penn., and Margaret Bruzda of South Greensboro, Penn. Church will have their annual Sweetheart Banquet, Fri., Feb. 11 at 6 30 p m. in the party room of the NCO Club at Hill Air Force Base.
