Bishop Nathan Stuart officiated. Lewis Services solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a retired farmer and U.S. government worker. He came to Utah in 1925 and lived in Weber and Morgan Counties before moving to MR. BROWN who was serving with the United States Army at Fort Lewis, Wash, was shot to death on Wednesday near Olympia, Wash. He was bom Aug. 15, 1954, in Ogden, a son of Clarence K. and Geraldine Hunter Brown. On June 8, 1972 he was married to Rochelle Shelly Watts of Kaysville, in Kays- Kaysville in 1949. HE WAS an active member of the Kaysville Eighth Ward. Church activities include MIA president, bishop in Morgan; Stake High Priest Clerk; ward clerk and Ogden Temple Ordinance worker. Surviving are his widow of Kaysville; three sons and one daughter, Gene E. Lewis, Denver, Colo.; James R. Lewis, Sandy; Ralph C. Lewis, Kaysville and Mrs. Harry (Margie) Jones of Calif. Twelve Sims, grandchildren and four ELMER LEWIS n. Interment was in the South Morgan Cemetery. HE WAS born September 24, 1901 in Yellville, Arkansas a son of Ernest John and Zouella Perry Lewis. Spencer Dies At 83 Myrtle Elizabeth Earnshaw Spencer, 83, of Kaysville, died October 3, 1976 in an Ogden convalescent home of causes incident to age. SHE WAS bom May 9, 1893 in Salt Lake City to Alfred Mark and Elizabeth Edwards Earnshaw. She married Glen Spencer Jan. 14, 1914 in Salt Lake City. He died in 1972 She was a member of the LDS retired church, employee of Naval Supply Depot at Clearfield.
