Kneedy, were Mr. and Mrs. Russell Allen, Chula Vista, Calif, and daughters Mrs. Linda Denny also of Chula Vista and Mrs. Bonnie Smith of San Bernardino, Calif. Visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Smith last week were Mr. and Mrs. Steve Stites and son Aaron William of St. Anthony, Idaho. They are leaving for Anchorage, Alaska to visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Smith. Mrs. Ruby F. Bond left Wednesday to return to her home in Huntington Beach, Calif, after spending the past 24 months in Kaysville with Mr. and Mrs. Grant Bond. Mrs. Bond is a sister-in-lato Grant Bond. Brent Carver underwent major surgery last week at the McKay Hospital in Ogden. Mrs. Larry Miller and Mrs. Joyce Parks of Pheonix, Ariz. arrived to attend the family gathering of Mrs. Annette Mellor for her 85th birthday Sept. 23. While in Utah Mrs. Larry Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Lund-ber- g of Kaysville; Mr. and Mrs. Kerm Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Peterson of Murray spent a few days on a camping trip to Marsh Lake in the Unitahs, Flaming Dam and StrawGorge berry Dam. President and Mrs. Eldean and fast meeting were family members, Mr. and Mrs.. Roger Critchlow, Provo; Dr. and Mrs. Howard Latimer, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. O.M. Berrett, Ogden; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Whitesides, Kaysville and Mr. and Mrs. Brad Berrett, Ogen. Labor Day visitors of Mrs. Goldie Ball was Mr. and Mrs. Dan Seegmiller of Ogden. Mrs. Esther Templeton or Concord, Calif, arrived to visit with her son and family, Robert Mr. and Mrs. Templeton in Fruit Heights and be on hand for her sons birthday on September 6. During her stay the family has taken her on a camping trip to Flaming Gorge Dam. Mr. and Mrs. Don Fraser and Mrs. Aldoria Ward underwent surgery last week at the South Davis Community Hospital. Mrs. Evelyn Austin went by plane to Cheyenne, Wyo. where she spent a week visit- daughters spent a three day vacation at Sherwood Hills. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Miller have moved to the Fairfield Condominiums the past week to make their new home. Dorothy infant Ward. Miss Shannette Preece arrived home Thursday evening by plane from Seattle, Wash, where she has spent two weeks with her brother Mr. and and sister-in-laMrs. Teriy J. Preece. While in Washington they took a short trip to Victoria, British Columbia and spent much time sightseeing. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Cook who are serving on a vocational mission for the LDS church at Albe Mission, New Mexico arrived in Kaysville to attend the funeral services of his mother, Mrs. Delilah Cook held in Syracuse. They are members of the Kaysville Tenth LDS anniversary on Thursday, ing with her mother Mrs. Charles Morse. She also spent time with some cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Vondy and Mrs. Art Kalber also in Cheyenne. High school DECA officers and candidates for office attended the convention as voting delegates. In order to run for an office Alan first had to PERSON to person campaigning along with posters, speeches to voting delegates and the distribution of badges were included in the busy three days that Alan spent at Mill Hollow. Other Davis students in attendance were Kris Swasey, Cindy Harris and Alison Davis. Pineapple Pickers At Davis Davis Highs Pineapple Pickers have returned after spending the summer months in Hawaii. Dayton Cooper, Randy Van Ausdale, Larry Gibb and Jeff Hancey flew to Hawaii to spend the hot summer months on a pineapple ranch, the largest in the world. THEY WERE on the Island of Liani. As well as hard work it was a great experience. At the end of the season they were given a tour of the islands and they visited the three other islands, Hawaii, Kauai and Oaha.
