Mrs. Lucille Strong was hostess to members of the Kaysville Art Club at her home Monday afternoon. Mrs. Iola Smith, Mrs. Kay Blood, Mrs. lone Grange and Mrs. Zipporah Stewart were assisting hostesses. The club officers were in charge of arrangements, Mrs. Cheryl King, Mrs. Karen Hammer, Mrs. Norma Sanders and Mrs. Virginia Mrs. Mary Bowring enter- tained the Kaysville Bridge Club at her home Friday afternoon. AN OPEN house honoring the newlyweds was held April 16 at the Sunset Stake House in Sunset. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted M. Cherry of Ephraim, Utah. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dewain Larsen of Sunset. Following the marriage ceremony the couple was honored at a reception in Ephraim. The bride wore a long dress of white crepe, trimmed with white lace down the front of the dress and around the skirt. Her short veil was held by a crown covered with seed pearls. The dress had been worn by the brides two sisters when they were married. Her bouquet was a spray of green and white carnations with a large white orchid in the center. Miss Debra Olsen of Ephraim attended as maid of honor. SHE WAS dressed in a yellow floral print gown styled with a square neck and short butterfly sleeves, trimmed with small green buttons at the bodice and tied with green sashes. The mother of the bride and the mother of the bridegroom wore dresses of green doubleknit, styled with long skirts and long sleeves. Following the reception the couple went on a wedding trip to Southern Utah, including stops at Bryce National Park, Zion National Park and Capitol Reef Monument.
