Sunday visitors at the Jesse C. Little home in Morgan, Utah, were the F. E. Walton. Jr., and youngsters Laurilie and Gregory. They also visited with Mrs. Waltons brothers Frank and Clarence Little. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Barber attended funeral services of Mr. brother, Clyde Duncan Barber, in Los Angeles, California this week. Clyde was born in Centerville April 3, 11)10, a son of Wm. Henry and Hattie Duncan Barber. His wife, Geneve Nelson Barber, who survives, was a former Bountiful resident. They have lived in California for 20 years, and were residents of Southgate at the time of his death. Mrs. Pamela Smith who fell recently and was severely injured is improving according to her daughter Evelyn Grant, she is now able to be up in a wheel chair and expects to return home next week. The patio and lovely yard of the Bryan Espenschieds was the scene Saturday night of a party for Brys First Ward Sunday school class. Over thirty class members and partners enjoyed dinner, square dancing and singing. Floyd Pickering and his guitar furnished the music. The combined genealogy groups of the Centerville First and Third wards will hold a joint Sacrament meeting Sunday at 7 p.m. according to Vernon B. Carr, chairman of the Third ward. Catherine Horner will be the guest speaker. She is a native of England and has spent 15 years at genealogical researching in England, Scotland, and America. The MIA will hold its official fall opening this week. In the First ward Monday night, a dance will be held and on Tuesday the Third ward will hold an opening party. All ward members are invited.
