herein provided As a manufacturer As a wholesale dealer As a retail dealer SEC 6 any ady person who shall knowingly give sell or otherwise dispose of any intoxicating drink to an indian insane or idiotic person or to any minor without the consent of his hia or tier her parent or guardian shall on conviction be fined in any sum less leas than one hundred dollars ands ball liall pay all
