THE BRIDE'S mother wore a pink-mauve dress, the groom's mother wore a pink-mauve dress and the bride's step-mother wore a silver-blue dress. Flowers were double roses with baby breath. Jamie Riggs, the bride's niece was a flower girl and Brandon Riggs, bride's nephew was ring bearer. BEST MAN duties were performed per-formed by Jack Davis. Ushers were Jed Wheeler, Jon and Jody Wheeler, Dean, Randy and Ricky Riggs. Prenuptial parties were given by Dianne Riggs and Traci Stones; Vicki Plott and Corrine Plott and Betty Plott; Merilee Mitchell, Michelle Mitchell and Megan Riggs. THE BRIDE is a graduate of Bountiful High. She is working at J.C. Penney at the main office building and plans to start school in September. The groom is a graduate of View-mont View-mont High and employed with Utah Power and Light. AFTER A honeymoon in Mazat- Ian and Puerto Vallarta, they are making their home in Bountiful. MR. AND MRS.
