Show Ford-Stephens rites conducted in SL Temp le Bonnie Jean Ford became the bride of Kent C. Stephens in the Salt Lake Temple on May 16. The ceremony was performed by Ther-ice Ther-ice H. Duncan. Parents of the bride are Mont and Becky Ford of Centerville. Parents Pa-rents of the groom are Keith and Ruth Stephens of Lakewood, Colo. The couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at the McCune Mansion hosted by the groom's parents. pa-rents. A reception wus held in their honor that evening at the Canterbury Canter-bury Receptio" Center in Bountiful. Boun-tiful. The bride wore a white satin and lace gown with a pearl encrusted bodice, and puffed and slender sleeves with lace and pearl insets. Bonnie's maid of honor was her sister, Marie and her bridesmaids were Sheri Ford, a sister; Jane Hardy, a cousin; Deanna Stephens, a sister of the groom and Tammy Olsen, a roommate from BYU. The bridesmaids wore alternating alter-nating light pink and light turquoise suits trimmed in lace. Serving as best man was Brett Jones, Kent's roommate from BYU. Bonnie graduated from Viewmont View-mont High School, attended Ricks College, Brigham Young University Universi-ty and graduated from Weber State College with an associate's degree in secretarial science. Kent served an LDS mission to Bolivia, and graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in mechanical mecha-nical engineering. After a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Kent, Wash, where Kent is employed with Boeing. |
