Their winning recipes included roast turkey, pumpkin pecan dinner rolls and can't decide pie. Whether you are cooking in a Dutch oven over coals or just cooking in your own kitchen oven, you will find all three of these recipes delicious. All these recipes can also be prepared in a conventional oven. The pie is very unique with three different kinds of fruit fillings cooked up separately in one pie. ROAST TURKEY 5" deep Dutch oven 5 lb. Bake with coals on bottom and 15 to 20 coals on top for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove coals from bottom when 10-1- about 23 of the cooking time is up. Continue to brown top until pretty and golden.
