A standard which includes community pride, neighborhood safety, and funding to maintain that quality. Question 2: Beautification is one of many issues being confronted in Woods Cross. It leads itself to much attention because of its visi- bility. The beautification project has added to the aesthetic quality in Woods Cross and has been largely funded by business donations. over several years and I believe the planning involved in this effort has been excellent. I feel comfortable that nothing has been neglected because of the beautification efforts. On the contrary, there have been many gains to our community. LOREN E. (LARRY) LAND- Question 1: Careful planning for residential and business growth and supporting that growth with reliable services is a critical issue. The city must maintain public safe- munity through educating the parents and children of Woods Cross to identify how and why gangs are formed and to provide an atmosphere that this city has things to involved. This must insure a clean and attractive environment, provide good roads and road maintenance and provide for recreation and comfort for the citizens. That takes planning, budgeting and wise control of the limited resources available to pay for such growth. I would encourage open discussion and citizen participation in debating growth and seeking A9 city. With civic pride comes citizen involvement. Civic pride fosters care, and the residents of Woods Cross do care for one another. Concurrent projects including the enlarging and improving of culinary water systems, improving public lighting, and increased support for public safety, along with the daily management of public services have simply been enhanced by the obvious improvements of the public properties of the city.
