The club uses those funds to support a variety of community programs, especially those fighting domestic and child abuse, as well as to promote patriotism. Jay Sutherland, left, store director at the Bountiful store, was given a plaque by Brian Bone, club president. This past year, the chuckwagon breakfast held at Bountiful Park drew a record crowd in the thousands. Dick's generously provides much of the food and supplies for the event. Both the Bountiful and Centerville stores work hard to support community activities and help local residents. For example, Dick's recently donated $27,000 to Davis School District Foundation for South Davis elementary, junior and senior high schools and PTAs.
