The Industrial school te maintained for the correction of eyll habits and not as a place of confinement for boys who refuse to attend the public schools. The trustees feel that such cases should not be sent to the school unless the boys are habitual truants The new law recently passed by the legislature requiring all bills to be made out In triplicate will work quite a hardship on the board and to use an expression made by one of the gentlemen present: It will be harder to get money out of the treasury than to get It In. At the opening of the meeting the T. B board reorganized as follows: Evans, president; H. 8. Joseph, secC. R. Hollingsworth, retary, and Dr. F. M. Conroy, treasurer. Superintendent H. H. Thomas and Assistant Superintendent W. E. for the Kneass were then ensuing year.
