The American Mining company, exploiting some mines In the Terbabuena district in the state of Durango, Is said to have reached a vein that assays 1,100 grams of gold to the ton. It Is said that a rich vein has been struck In the Gran Victoria mine by the Real del Monte company, Puch-ucHidalgo. Assays give 7,400 grams of silver per ton. A. E. Stllwell Is expected to arrive at Chihuahua by the middle of the month in company with some American capitalists Interested In the Mexico, Kansas City and Orient railway.
