Holiday was shipped from Ogden to Croydon by an employment agency on November 1st, but he did not go to work at the grading camp, but remained around in a condition for several days. About November 19th he went down the canyon towards Ogden and was seen next dny near Devil's Gate on his way hack toward Ogden. When the body was found it indicated that life had been extinct for a week. The sheriff also found one of Ilalidays overcoats, which had been picked up by a man named Alvord a couple of days before half a mile from where the body was found. The dead man had a Masonic button in his coat, but no other evidence that he was a Mason was found, and it has been thus tar impossible to get on track of bis relatives.
