C. C. Wilburn of Kearney, Neb., to take charge of the military department and other courses at the local High school for the ensuing term. Prof. Wilburn, who was a' candidate for the prindpalahlp of the Ogden school, has bAm for two wears past in charge of .the Kearney High school where military drills are made one of the features of school work.
