The week Is to be crowded with events of special Interest to members. One of the most interesting features is the encampment of the uniform rank. Today the camp at Shawnee Park, with Its 5,000 tents, was formally turned over to James R. Carnahan, major-gener- al of the order. Fully 5,000 members of this order are here for their biennial reunion.
