At the same term Court Bishop Hatch of Eranklin, Idaho, was brought before him on an indictment forpoiygamy found by tbe United States Grand Jury. The party did not deny having more tnan one wife, but claimed that the marriage took place in Utah, and the Court ruled that the case would have to be tried where the offence was committed. There is a Torritoral statue that covers this case, and what we ask is that Judge Hollister use the same effort to have, not only the party brought to his notice, hut all persons in his district violating the law by cohabiting with more than one wife indictable by the Territorial Grand Jury in November. If the proper effort is used at the November term of Court the people will he satisfied, otherwise we may have occasion to refer to the matter again.
