Lowe andGcrriish & Miles are dealers in farming implements; the first named is agent for the celebrated Schuttler wagons, and the latter firm deal also largely in hardware, stoves, iron and tin wares. In the hotel line we find the Metro politan, Uintah, Bear River, Masonic, Silver Star, and Cheer all enjoy s the reputation of houses. In addition to the above we find three fruit dealers, two fast freight lines, two ice merchants. Insurance Agency, Internal Revenue Collector, seven wholesale liquor dealers, seven livery stables, two (advertising) mechanics, one soda fountain, eight saloons, one powder agency, one scourer, daily stage line to Moutana, three tobacco dealers two dealers, oue saddler, one photographer, two blacksmiths, flour and feed house, etc., etc. There Are many other branches of industry carried on which we have not embodied in the above Hat, but believe that the above will give the outside some idea of this magic city aud its surroundings. Nothing can be ordered by surrouuding merchants that cannot be filled in Corinne, in any quantity. The buildings are of a substantial character, many of wnich are built of brick and stone and two stories in height. The locomotive whistles on the C. P. R. R-- , are almost hourly heard plying back and forth with passenger and freight cars. A steamer runs regularly between this city and the rich mining camps n Utah.
