Chapter went to Provo for the State Convention in the Wilkinson center at Brigham Young University. In attendance were two advisers Mr. Nile Carlson and Mr. Dave Potter: four Roy Junior joins festival President Dan Carter; Secretary Joni Carpenter; Treasurer Kevin Ekstrum; Historian David Palmer.
