Echols, a former Roy resident, died on Sunday at her home in Clearfield, after a long illness. She was born Dec. 3, 1933 in Granger, Utah. She moved to Clearfield three years ago. Mr. Miller was presented a medallion for outstanding service to the company for which he is employed. The award was given at a special meeting in New Orleans. While there, they saw the Super Dome, toured the old historic part of the city, including the famous bourbon street, and spent a day on a river boat on the Mississippi river. April 20, Hospital was opened at 3000 Polk Avenue, to teach basic science in St. Benedicts School of Nursing. She held a bachelor of arts degree in botany and education and a master of science degree in biology and counseling. She had taught at Cathedral High and forth Mswug between the hospital and her convent home. This generous gift from the Ogden Golf and Country Club made it possible for me to travel from the convent to the hospital despite the handicap of an artificial leg, she said. During her long career of servied in the health care field, Sister Estelle has held membership in the Utah League for Nursing, which she served as treasurer and board member, National League for Nursing, Utah State Hospital Association, Western Hospital Catholic Hospital Association, American Association, Hospital Association, Association in St. Cloud, Minnesota and College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, hospital, particularly fr Benedict Hospital and began visiting patients. She continued visiting patients at the new hospital, using a golf cart to get back St. School Minnesota.
