It was held on Sunday at their home in Washington Terrace. Mr, and Mrs. Strebel were married on April 3, 1928 in Mr. Strebel owned Provo. and operated Strebs Cafe, worked at the Weber County Detention Home and is a retiree from the Utah General Depot. Mrs. Strebel assisted in the restaurant business and also worked in the Detention Home. They were the first family to live in Washington Terrace. At that time water was hauled to them in barrels. There are five sons and daughters, Robert Strebel, Sunset; Mrs. Bill (Pat) Beaver, Layton; Michael Strebel, Roy; Thom Strebel, and Ogden Clinton. Rick Strebel, are There 14 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. George Jackson, 75, of Logan who died on March 24 at his home, was the father of Mrs. Max (Lois) Andrews. His wife was the former Harold Morrill, director of the Weber County Dept, of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, has been named to the Utah State Alcoholism and Drugs Advisory Council. He lives at 5748 S. 2325 West, Roy. The council advises the Utah State Division of Alcoholism and Drugs (which is part of the Utah Dept, of Social Services). One of her works is currently in an exhibit the Southern in Alleghenies Museum of Art, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has taught watercolor technique classes at the Eccles Center. Previously, Wiswell taught adult art classes in Texas and Michigan.
