The winner of the Weber State Title will go on to compete in the Miss Utah Pageant with the winner there representing the state in the Miss America contest at Atlantic City, N J., this September. The new Miss Weber State, addition to winning a WSC scholarship, will also be eligible to compete for further awards. She will be receiving a beautiful tiara, trophy and many other gifts from the reigning queen, Karin Hurst. She was a member of the marriage Ogden 10th LDS Ward and the Roy 5th Ward She was a member of the Loyal Star Auxiliary No 161. Surviving are four sons and two daughters, John T Talbot, Glen E. Tuesday evening, 1978, at the McKay-De- e Hospital in Ogden after an extended illness. Mrs. McKenzie was born Sept. 15, 1928, in Rolla, N.D , a daughter of Lester and Amanda Ouellette Larson. She was married to Carsten Royland on Jan 24, 1947, in Great Falls, Mont. They were later divorced. She was married to Victor D. McKenzie on Nov, 5, 1974, in Las Vegas, Nev. She worked in the dry cleaning business for 26 years.
