February 14, 1979 Vernon Deloy Stokes, 44, 1493 N. 75 W., Sunset, was taken to Davis County Sheriffs Office following a charge of driving under the influence. Clearfield City Police FEBRUARY 13, 1979 Ray Adams, 680 S. 1000 E., reported $15 damage to a lock and latch on a chain link fence near the reservoir at 450 S. 75 E. Apparently children have been playing in the area with sleds and inner tubes. Extra patrol has been requested. An alert neighbor reported a possible burglary when she saw the attic vent missing across the street. Investigating officers, however, found it had fallen off. A prowler report was investigated.
