HAROLD STEED, CLEARFIELD 1284 W Sandra Rackham, , was formally charged with a second degree homicide following the death of her husband Monday morning George Rackham, 51, reportedly had been found by Mrs. Rackham on the porch of their trader home in the Sundown Trader Park.
