Show THE CITIZEN A RECENT writer has told a story of a modem girl who said to a real estate agent when he wanted to selll her a house: A home? Why do I need a home ? I was bom in a hospital, educated in a college, courted in an automobile, and married in a church; I live out of the delicatessen and paper bags; I spend my mornings on the golf course, my afternoons at the bridge table, and my evenings at the movies, and when I die, I am going to be buried at the undertakers. POWELL JAMES, Being first duly sworn on oath, says: Gordon Place, Salt Lake City, Utah. We wish to state our experience in using the Bradford oils. Our little girl, Gloria Darlene James, had what the doctors stated was whooping cough. The first doctor seemed to have cured her, but she got a cold and it came back again, much worse than at first. We called in a doctor and he treated her for a short time. It seemed though he could not handle the cough at all. He got another doctor and they both failed after three weeks. She coughed for three days and two nights steady. She could not keep a half of a teaspoonful of water on her stomach and she would almost strangle coughing. She coughed almost every minute and got very weak. Then we got one ounce of Bradford oil for cough and stomach. We gave her about seven or eight drops with an eye dropper and in ten minutes time the cough stopped and she wanted something to eat. We gave her some cold milk and toast and she wanted more. She ate two cups full of milk and toast before she went to sleep at 10 p. m. and did not wake up until 9 oclock the next morning. I gave her a little of the oil for the next two days. That was more than a year ago and she has not had any cough since. We still have most of that one ounce of oil and it is not for sale. It saved our little girl's life. Mr. Bradford may use this affidavit as he sees fit so others may benefit from our experience. Estate of Clarence ceased. W.
