Said water will be diverted at a point south 50 degrees 20 minutes west G491.4 ft. from the south corner of section 32, township quarter 2 south, range 3 east, Salt Like Base and Meridian, and conveyed in a pipe line a distance of 13,700 feet, and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year to produce power for electric lighting and propelling machinery in the State of Utah. After having been so used the water will be returned to the natural channel at a point south 16 degrees 47 minutes east 117G.3 ft. from the southwest corner of section 2, township 3 south, range 2 east, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineers Office as No. 8S95. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons thereof, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, aecdmpanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within the completion thirty (30) days after of the publication of this notice.
