Control of Goathead Plants: itemized costs of each project be given at the POA meetings in January, unanimously. Ken emphasized that Jack reported widespread valley infestation of goatheads. Wet weather has favored germination and growth of old seeds. Major outbreaks along roads cost accounting (for example on Gabian basket project) should list cost and on some lots. The total requested by the Town from the POA was $13,000. Annual Meeting Date/Annual Mailing: Ray said that he will run again for POA Board. (Ken and Richard announced that they would run again at last meeting.) Jack has posted announcement about POA Boad election and Annual Meeting. Ken asked about mailing out copies of Covenants. Jack said that he will try to reformat Covenants to take up as little paper as possible and yet still be readable. Board agreed that $8/hr. would be OK. to pay help for mailing if necessary.
