Show Dear Jim, Three subjects: A point of correction to your usually good editorial standards: Moab is not any kind of “capitol”. The word “capitol” applies to a building-nothing else (Capitol Reef was named for its resemblance to a building). A seat of government, a stash of money, a good idea, all are “capital”. Just between us: Your dehydration story brings my own to mind.
