Marion and Dean Bischoff and son Jon drove to Grants Pass, Oregon and spent two weeks with their daughter and husband, Linda and Bill Olson and family, Mary Ann, Janette, Julie, Neil and Jared. Jon has received his call to go on a LDS Mission to the England-Bristmission. A daughter Janet and husband DeVere of Adams drove Pearl and Earl to Maddox where they met Erlene and Wil Hedrick, Perry and a birthday dinner enjoyed. Also present were the Hed- rick children, Teresa whose birthday was the same day, she was 14; Gordon and Kirk. Visiting was enjoyed at the Hedrick home in Perry following dinner. ' NANCY WILLIAMS Born and raised in Provo, Utah is Nancy Zaccardi Williams who is teaching kin- dergarten at North Park Elementary School. Her parents are Juluis and Joyce Zaccardi. Nancy received a BS in early childhoods at the University of Utah. This is her first, year at teaching although she has substituted and has been an aide for 1 year in Salt Lake. She lives with her husband Stephen and their 2 year old daughter, Jenny in Logan. THORNTON Funeral Services were conducted for George Dunn Thornton, 87, of Centerville and a former Cache resident, Friday in Russon Brother Bountiful Mortuary. He died Tuesday at his home of natural causes. He was born July 20, 1889, in Neeley, Idaho, a son of Thomas James and Mary Ann Slanger Thornton. He married Elva Thomas Sept. 15, 1915, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died in 1962. Mr. Thornton was a retired farmer, had filled an LDS mission to the Western States, and was a former ward bishop. Survivors include sons and Gyl-lensk- children; skog, 16 Mrs. Smithfield; Interment was in the Smithfield City Cemetery. BERT A. BLACKFORD Graveside services were held Saturday fa Bert A. Demar, Clearfield; Robert C., Bountiful, Eugene L., North Ogden; a granddaughter whom she raised, Mrs. Melvin (Erma) Campbell. She has worked in PTA in Logan, on the council. She sews, makes craft dolls, and enjoys her family. She likes to take vacations with her family, go snowmobiling, play tennis, do art wait and does most types of painting.
