Show THURSDAY, MAY S, 1978 - THE CITIZEN - 3 Girls Art Show Opening SI(jfc Staters i Set BOOKS Chosen 1 FROTKFTHE CITIZEN The Logan Branch of the American Association of University Women and the Utah State University Women's Center invites everyone to the opening reception of their Cache Valley Womens Art Show this Saturday (May 8) from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Gallery of the Community Art Center, 3rd Nmth at 4th East in Logan. The exhibit will feature works of art in all media by women only from the entire Cache Valley area. It is a tribute to the talents of women in celebration of the International Womens Year now recognized worldwide. Coordinated by Eileen and Anne Hatch with the assistance of Joann Wegkamp, the exhibit will continue weekdays from 1 to 5:30 p.m. daily until May 21. The Richmond American Legion Auxiliary has chosen three girls, all juniors at Sky View High School, as delegates to Utah Girls State to be held June 6 to 12 in Cedar City, Utah. The girls are selected on leadership, scholar ability and activities. The girls are Wendy Bair, Lori Skidmore and Wenlee Jensen. Morrison, who is also in the banking business. Karalee, who presently serves as a teacher in the Primary, loves to cook for her family and guests. She enjoys sewing and reading and plays the piano. She is always a willing accompanist for anyone needing that service. She graduated from Brigham Young University and taught school for awhile.
