At the time of her death, Mrs. Perry was a member of Logan Fourth Ward, where she had been active in the Relief Society and as a missionary to the Cache Genealogical Library. She had resided in Logan since 1950, and from 1922 to 1950, in Pocatello, Idaho. Burial was in the Logan City Cemetery. Hunt- Funeral James Done Thornley, 72, of Kaysville, native of Smith-fiel- d were held Friday noon in the Kaysville Second Ward chapel. Mr. Thornley died Tuesday in a Salt Lake nursing home. He was born Feb. 16, 1902, in Smithfield, to James and Mary Alice Smith Thornley. He married Essie Stoddard June 8, 1928, in the Logan LDS Temple. Mr. Thornley was a retired employe of Hill Force Base, and at one time was night watchman for Smithfield City. Survivors include his widow; sons and daughters. He served in the U.S. Army, was a member of the LDS Church and a Cub Scout Leader.
