VI Interstates Could Circle Cache Valley Cache Valley could find itself isolated in between two interstate systems within the next few years. An interstate highway that would go west from McCam-mo- n into Wyoming through Lava Hot Springs, Soda Springs and Montpelier has been approved by the Idaho State Highway board and endorsed by the Wyoming highway board. A group of promoters of the highway from Idaho and Wyoming are scheduled to meet in Soda Springs to dis cuss the matter. Dr. Seno Seppi, chairman of the Bannock Development Council and mayor of Lava, said that the meeting is to promote development of the Interstate 15 link between McCammon and the WyomMayor Richard ing line. Fagnant of Kemmerer, Wyo., is handling the meeting arrangements for the Southwestern Wyoming towns, Dr. Seppi said. He added that Mayor Fagnant reported that the Wyoming communities are strongly in favor of the project. The proposed freeway would cut through the Fish Creek divide east of Lava Hot Springs, would extend to the junction of Interstate 80 and ttUN near Little America. Though it has been approved by the highway boards of bath states, neither state is included in the 1963 allocation of additional interstate mileage by the federal Bureau of Public Roads. Efforts of the group will be concentrated on diversion of other federal fund; or inclusion of the project in the 1970 allocation. Idaho Highway board member, C. Ed Flandro, Pocatel-lo- , said a meeting of the two state boards probably will be announced after next week's Idaho Board session in Boise. A meeting between the Idaho and Wyoming boards was tentatively planned for Thursday but has been two-sta- te ! annual membership meeting of the Black and White Days will.be held on Jan. 15, according to William R.
