Orval Christensen attended a trustee meeting Thursday evening in Bancroft. Two grandsons of Mr. and Mrs. Austin Christensen have been visiting with them the past week. Mr. and Mrs. Austin Christensen went to Salt Lake Sunday where they had Father's day dinner with their daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Hardman. They returned home Monday. BRIEFS LEWISTON Guests at the home of Mrs. Mercedes Buxton the past week were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Buxton and Mrs. Eva Hillraan of Driggs, Mr. and Mrs. Tarbet of Benson, Mr. and Mrs. George Tanner, Mrs. Laura Barnett of Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. Leon Webb of Richmond. La-M- ar their Ed son-in-la- ford, received his doctor's gree as a veterinarian. While there they attended an open house given by Mr. and Mrs Ray Petterborg for Ed and Carolyn as they will soon be moving from Lewision. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Jamison visited Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Talbot this week. Mr. Jamison is on a furlough, having been on duty in the Navy. Sunday, Mr. ana mis. Don Jamison, Mr. and Mrs. B. A. Myers, Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Piper, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Rasmussen, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Rasmussen visited the Talbots to honor their grandfather on Father's day. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Talbot attended the wedding reception of Mr. and Mrs. Rod Spencer of Ogden Friday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Anderson announce the arrival of a baby boy to their home. This makes six children for the Andersons, five boys and one girl. . Mr. and Mrs. Albert Sharp and family spent Sunday in Salt Lake visiting Mr. and Mrs. Larry Benton and Mr. and Mrs. Patrizzi and family. Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Tal bot and Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Talbot participated in the floor show at the dance Fri day evening. Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Campbell and family arrived Fri day from California and are planning to spend, their vacation with Mr. and Mrs. Marion Bennett and will visit other relatives while here. THE FIRST WAY TO SELL Automobiles Farm Equipment Homes Niter Couple Take Trip To Spokane NITER Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Toone and sons, Curtis and Frederic, accompanied by Gwen's mother, Alice Clegg, enjoyed a trip to Spokane, Wash., where they visited with Gwen's brother Louis and his family. They enjoyed visiting several large spreads including the one that supplies the major part of the milk for Spokane. They then went to Bonners Ferry and visited with Verl and Karen Clegg Hubbard and their children. The Hubbards took the visitors on an excursion into Canada and on their return to Bonners Ferry, they visited the beuatiful Kootenai Lake in northern Idaho. While they were away their sons, Sherman and Gregory, kept things running smoothly at home. Mr. and Mrs. John Meach-aand family have moved back into the Williams ward. They are living in the tenant house on Alice Clegg's place. John is working with Franklin "Mike" Mickelson. Speakers in the Williams ward sacrament meeting Sunday evening were DiAnn and Brent Fraser, who have been attending Ricks College. Five young men who are employed in this locality for the summer rendered a special vocal number. They were accompanied by Peggy Matthews. Rosa Gay Bennett Smith and her sister, Sandra Bennett, played an organ and piano duet Frank Swenson and his MIA board were released and Clinton Peck was sustained as the new ward MIA superintendent. Bergetta Christensen and her sister, Emma Eck, were MontpeHer business visitors Thursday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Jenkins went to Salt Lake City Saturday. Marie consulted with her specialist. They visited with Mr. and Mrs. Bryce Jackman. Wednesday they were all dinner guests at the Bodily home. Burke Bodily and Miss Jana Croft of Ogden were weekend guests at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mervin J. Bodily in Lewiston. Sharon and Darla Wiser, daughters of Mr. and Mrs, Farrell Dean Wiser of Brig-haCity, visited in Lewiston last week with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Leavitt and son Randy and daughter Stacie Ann of Boise visited in Lewiston over the weekend with relatives. Mrs. Wayne T. Wiser, who had been visiting in Boise, returned home with them. Wayne T. Wiser is in Seatttle, Wash., visiting with his son and daughter-in-laand their two children, the Dahl Wisers, and in with his daughter Janet and her husband, Milton Peterson, and family.
