Show IB August THE CITIZEN 1, 1968 Cove Holds Annual Round Block Parade Cove Briefs Guest speaker at meeting Sunday night was Kathy Woodward of Franklin. A duet was sung by her sisters, COVE The ward Primary l a flag raising ceremony was Lorna Woodward and Sharron Kotter. A solo was by her held their Round the Block conductd by the Guide Patrol parade. Beginning the day, boys, assisted by the brother, Lynn Woodward. boys under the direction of Maxine Rawlins. Following the parade in the evening, a musical program by the children was presented titled "The Happiest Time of The Year." Songs of the seasons were sung directed by Gloria Larsen, accompanied by LaDawn Allen. Douglas Hendricks operated the spot light. Joyce Allen sang a solo, accompanied by Connie Allen. Yevonne Larsen was in charge of the program and Gail Hendricks and Diane Allen directed the dancing. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Zollinger and daughter of San Francisco are spending their vacation with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claytor Larsen and the Jess Zollingers of Providence. Mr. Zollinger is attending the Stanford University majoring in Physics. An annual birthday party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grover Allen to honor three family members whose birthdays come on the camp dav.
