He was born Feb. 13, 1884, in Fairview, a son of James and Mary Louisa Hyde Bodily. On August 24. 1910, in the Salt Lake temple he married Emma Rachel Kemp. They were the parents of five sons and four daughters, all of whom survive him. They are Eivin P., Morton K., Carl S.. and Mrs. Fay R. (Elsa) McQueen, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Clyde D. (Clarice) Sharp and Mrs. Vernice L. (Joy) Gossett, both of Clin ton: Cecil J., of Perry: Mar vin J., of Lewis ton; and Mrs Lyman J.
