T Birthday Parly Held For Son Raeo Weaver and daughter Adelaide and son, Martel Holmes Weaver, of Idaho Falls were dinner guests Wednesday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Weaver. They had attended the funeral of Rens Spears in Bennington, who was the father of Mrs. Mike Mickelson of Lago. DAYTON -Albertie irfiffiths had a birthday party for her son Burdette last Saturday evening. There were 72 friends and relatives who attended. The evening was spent visiting and roasting wieners and marshmallows. Mrs. Ella Kent visited at the home of Mrs. Marva Riddle of Sugar City recently. She had Phillip and Klea with her. Mr. and Mrs. Cleon Hous-le-y visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dell Griffiths Sunday. They brought home Beth and David Griffiths, who had been staying with relatives in Salt Lake. REPRESENTATIVE Wheat Program Provisions Major provisions of the recently announced 1969 wheat program which differ from provisions are a smaller national allotment and the offer of payments for diverting additional acreage below the allotment to all par ticipating farmers, according to Blame Gamble, chairman, Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation county commit' tee. Also, domestic marketing certificates will be issued on 43 percent of the projected production of the participating farm's acreage allotment; this figure was 40 per cent for Agriculture Orville L. Freeman said that the reduced national acreage allotment of 51.6 million acres should make it possible to strengthen the farm prices and to reduce the carryover by around 100 million bushels. (The 1969 wheat allotment is 13 percent below the 1968 allotment.) With normal yields, production from the 1969 allotment should total about 1.3 billion bushels, compared with about 1.55 billion bushels expected from the 1968 crop.
