Death was caused from pneumonia in the left lung. The illness was only of four days duration. The boy was born June 24, 1932 at Provo, he was the son of Ger trude Leiehty Payne and Edward William Payne he is survived by one brother Kent. The Thompson Mortuary had charge cf the body and after the services here the child was. taken to Provo for bunal. A num- ber of friends accompanied the body to its final restmg place as' as the parents.
