The suit also be had and seeks ad accounting asks that the defendant be held individually liable for losses as determined. The action filed Thursday has no connection with the effort to col lect the 1100.000 stockholders liability from owners of stock In the bank. Mr. Jones report that close to 450.000 has been collected with' out court action; suit for $32,200 is pending against former President A. P. Bigelow under such liability, and that as regards the remaining $18,000 most of It is tied up In s controversy Involving subscriptions for additional stock, which may require a test suit to decide. Mr. Thomas, Ira A. Huggins, one of the attorneys for the bank commissioner. and Arthur Woolley, who with William H.
