Its too bad but too true that EY Highs assemblies this year have been commonly referred to by the foregoing-remark-. Now it wouldnt be fair to say that all our assembles have been poor, because there have been exceptions such as the alumnis and sophomores. But the vast majority have been under par. Perhaps the underlying reason has been a lack of interest apathy. The blame for poor school assemblies can be placed on no person in particular. Regardless of administration and studentbody officers, a poor assembly is the outward expression of disinterest inwardly. In other words, the problem with our assemblies is us! And the sooner we get the idea that assemblies are important devices for the building and maintenance of good school spirit and become ready to do our part in doing the best jobs possible on them, the sooner we will have excellent assemblies. team beats Provo overtime; loses to Orem BYH girls' in basketball team smashed their way past Provo High, winning both the A" and the B" games on Feb 16 in the Men's Gym.
