It seems that some of the BY High girls are still .jealous. What should I tell my boys? AFTER THE PEAY was chosen, members of the club tried out tor the seven different parts, which called for three men and four women. The results were as follows; David Whetton became Dan Fielding, the owner of the Fielding Farm and the boyfriend of Betty M e a d o w s (whether he likes it or not.' Mary Nielson played the part of Betty, the persistent school teacher. Brian Rawlings was Nat Meadows. Betty's peppery father. Bud Simpson, a boy working tor Dan, was portrayed by Richard Bohn. Also presented on the assembly was a humorous reading, The Flea Gang's First Cigar, by Claudia Keeler. Cynthia Benson played "Tara's Theme" from "Gone With the Wind." The Devotional was presented by Marcia Ann Nelson. The Director of the play was Mr. Lynn Benson, sponsor of the Thespians.
