The daily papers during the week have published a synopsis of the annual report of Governor Seny, of Oklahoma, received by the Secretary of the Interior, which states that the population of that territory is shown to have increased from G0,410 in 1890 to 133,100 in 1892. These figures do not include Indians, who still maintain their tribe relations. As to color the following percentages are given: White, 85 per cent.; colored, 10 per cent., and Indians, 5 per cent. The foregoing probably probab-ly constitute? one of the most remarkable instances of rapid populating of a territory in the history of the country.
