There were 114 descendants attending. Dinner was served at noon with watermelon and ice cream for dessert. A program followed the dinner after which games and visiting with friends and relatives was enjoyed by everyone. The party continued until 5 p. m. President George W. Facer was in charge. A family reunion of the late William and Alan B. Cottam families was held Sunday, August 14, at Lorin Farr Park at Ogden. Deputy Sheriff Leo Cottam was named president; Mrs. Joseph G. Toombs was chosen vice president, and Lois P. Thorsted, secretary and treasurer. Luncheon was served to 150 people at 1 oclock, after which a program followed.
