The committees in charge of the Fourth of July arrangements have outlined a program which will afford pleasure and entertainment for ail. The complete program has not yet been arranged and it will be made to conform to the amount of money raised by the finance committee. The early morning exercises will consist of music by the Military band, hoisting of flags, salutes wlib cannon and shot guns, and more music. The school children's parade will form about 9 o'clock and the procession to the tabernacle will be headed by the Major and council, band, tire brigade, band, followed by the school children bearing flags. An Interesting program has been arranged for the tabernacle with Hon. William mayor of Ogden, as orator of the day.
