When he was a year old his parents came north and settled at Perry in this county, where Mr. Bingham spent his boyhood days until thirteen years of age, when, with his parents, he removed to Clifton, Idaho. Here, while working on his fathers farm, he followed his natural Inclination for study and by diligent application to bojks during leisure moments, qualified himself to teach school. After teaching a few years In the public schools of Idaho, he took a course at the R. Y. College at Logan and subsequently attended the B. Y. Academy at Provo. Leaving college be taught ooe year in the Oneida Stake Academy at Preston and then, on the 'recommendation of President B. Cluff, Jr., of the B. Y. A., came to Brigham and took charge of the advanced department' of this city. For two years be has been principal of the Central School and at present has charge of all the city schools, having twenty teachers under his supervision.
